Claude

Settings > Connectors > Add custom connector. Paste the address, click Connect and sign in. Read and write tools are available straight away.

ChatGPT

Settings > Apps & Connectors > Advanced: turn on Developer mode, then create a connector with the address and OAuth. Developer mode enables the write actions.
